We require that all children visit CornerstoneChildDevelopmentCenter at least once prior to enrollment. This visit gives you and your child a chance to meet teachers, classmates and see the new surroundings together. Talk with your child about the teachers, the children, what you have seen and heard. Ask your center Director what activities are planned for your child’s first week. Talk with your child about what’s going to happen, so he/she can be prepared for what’s ahead and anticipate the fun times to come.
Enrollment Information Before your child joins CornerstoneChildDevelopmentCenter, you will need to complete an enrollment application, parent agreement, medical forms, custody declaration (when applicable) and other forms required by local and state government. This enrollment information is important for the safety of your child while he/she is at CornerstoneChildDevelopmentCenter.
